Welcome to the JMS Attendance App. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Attendance App. By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

The JMS Advisory Attendance App is designed to simplify employee attendance management through digital check-ins and real-time tracking. This app is intended for internal workplace use and productivity enhancement.

• Real-time location tracking
• Dashboard summaries
• Profile management and updates
• Holiday list access
• Google Maps integration for transparency

 

2. User Responsibilities

• Use the app only for authorized and professional purposes.
• Avoid manipulating attendance data or using fake check-ins.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Immediately report any unauthorized use to your admin team.

 

3. Privacy & Data Use

Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the necessary information (for example: name, contact details, and location) to record accurate attendance data. Location is captured only during check-in and check-out. We store your data securely and do not sell or share it with third parties. By using the app, you agree to our Privacy Policy and our data-handling practices.

4. Account Management

• Users can update or delete their profiles within the app.
• Inactive or misused accounts may be suspended by admins.
• Attendance records associated with deleted accounts are retained for compliance purposes for up to 30 days.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, app designs, and related materials belong to JMS Advisory. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

JMS Advisory will not be liable for:

• GPS or internet errors affecting attendance accuracy.
• Unauthorized access or data misuse resulting from user negligence.
• App downtime or interruptions during maintenance or updates.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

 

7. Updates & Modifications

We may modify these Terms or the app’s features at any time. Significant updates will be communicated by in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end immediately.
