• Provide accurate personal and household information
• Avoid misuse of visitor access, QR codes, or approvals
• Respect privacy and community guidelines
• Keep login credentials secure
• Immediately report unauthorized access or suspicious activity

• We collect only necessary information such as name, contact details, flat number, and visitor data
• Visitor information is collected only for security and entry management
• Camera or photo access (if enabled) is used only with permission

4️⃣ Account & Society Management

• Users may update or delete their profiles from within the app
• Society admins have limited control over member access and approvals
• Accounts found violating society rules may be suspended or restricted
• Certain logs (visitor entries, security records) may be retained temporarily for safety and compliance

• All app content, branding, designs, and software belong to JMS Advisory
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission

• Security incidents beyond app control
